Mark as Useful I am on the do not call list with the number they called. According to the research I did on the phone # this is a telemarketer of some kind, why is this allowed to happen? What good is the do not call list?

Mark as Useful I get called by this number at least 2 times a day everyday. I have asked to be taken off any list they have. Still getting called. They are not a dept collector. I don't even want to know what they are selling. Don't care. And they are calling my personal cell phone.
